What was the highlight of Kiss Diving Moalboal
Not good!
We just took it since there were no other vacancies in Panagsama Beach Resort where we usually go.
1. You must take your shoes/slippers off from the gate. Meaning, you have to walk to the lobby and upstairs to your assigned room barefoot and the whole place is unclean. 2. No complimentary breakfast, water, toiletries. You just simply pay expensively for the room which is... 3. Really unclean. Even taking a shower inside the bathroom will fill you with bacteria.

The staff wasn’t there, the security guy gave me the keys...
The staff wasn’t there, the security guy gave me the keys and show me the room what I really Appreciated because it wasn’t his job, when I went to front desk to ask for the wifi password the lady was sleeping in the room and she was so mad because I was there asking for that, she was rude and mad at me even when I was the guest, day after they even said good morning. the room had many mosquitoes, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was totally deteriorated, it wasn’t even like the photos.

TERRIBLE! Room and bathroom was very dirty. Poor communication. I don’t recommend this location.
I liked that they held our bags on the property from 8:30a-2p, however they were left in the lobby in an unsecure location.
Entire building was very dirty and run down. No water pressure in the shower and water temperature was either cold or scalding hot. Water faucet head on the sink was loose and swung around. Cracks in all the walls, ceiling material was peeling off. One towel was provided for two people and no toilet paper.

The great location is not worth the horrible room
The location and deck was good. There was aircon in the room. That's really the only good thing.
The room was tiny and disgusting. So dirty, uncomfortable mattresses, sand everywhere. The bathroom was vile. The shower was barely a dribble and the toilet didn't work. When we reported that the toilet wouldn't flush they suggested we use a bucket to manually flush it down. Not okay. We stayed in the room for a few hours before leaving to find a proper place to stay.
